I wanted to say thank you for staying persistent with me, and occasionally checking in to see if my auto policy was acceptable. Within the past few weeks, that agency was nickel, and diming me with anything they could make up to raise my right. I appreciate your approach to this problem which is why I considered the new policy with you, and Beth. This seems to already be a better experience. You clearly explained the questions I had, and guided me through the issues with the previous company that was barely representing me. I dropped them immediately after I spoke with you, and I don’t want to look back.
